Tell you a little stroy about both :
SMSC have alarm. We have to block some site , becuse the Taliban Warning.
The taliban send a warning to us that , we have to block some site during night in some province.at 5:00 PM we have to block.other vice the will attack on the site,and will destroy all our eqepment.
at 3:00 AM we are going to unblock the sites.
mybe the want just desconect the people,and mybe the want to have some operation at night,military. They will atack on sites and will destroy all eqepment in area like Antnna and BTS and ....
i am worrying about some ordinary people's security.
during night we can not go in sites to fix the problem.
because they like destroying,Tailiban.
they don't like afghanistan progression.
Taliban is belongs to one etnic.the name of that Ethnic is PASHTON.
The other people don't like Taliba.
the Hazara people are like chinese with asian face,
the PASHTON do not like this face.
one time in history, they wanted to kill all the Hazarah people.
they killed 60 % of this poor people.
all Hazarah people have Asian face like chinese and japanese and korean,but the don't like these people to life in afghanistan.
they do not want afghanistan devlope.

Taliban is one insurgent grop form Pashton ethnic,the people know this,but the Government shelter them.The government is belong to this ethnic.
